RENTAL CONDITIONS:

1. Due to the lack of insurance for rental scooters/motorcycles in Thailand, I agree to immediately pay the damaged amount in case of scratches, damage or defective parts of the rented vehicle caused by me or third parties during the rental period. Additionally, I agree to pay the current price on the average cost of the bike in the event of theft of the scooter/motorcycle or parts as well. Automatic scooters are not suitable for driving on mountain routes. When driving in mountainous terrain there is a high risk that engine parts will be damaged and I will have to pay for the corresponding repairs. In addition, this is extremely dangerous because there is a risk that the vehicle will stall when going uphill or that the brakes will be inadequate when going downhill.

2. All our motorbikes come with government insurance covering physical damage only (injury) and liability protection. All cases are considered by the relevant authorities.

3. I confirm that I have sufficient experience in operating a motorcycle and commit to riding responsibly at all times, including wearing a helmet and abstaining from alcohol or drug use. I acknowledge that only two adults are permitted to ride the motorcycle.

4. I agree to return the motorcycle on time and understand that the shop is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. I acknowledge that the daily rental period is 24 hours, and I will contact PITBULLS RENT CO., LTD if I need to extend the rental period. I understand that failure to comply will result in an additional charge of 1,000 THB per day. I also understand that an extension may not be possible if the scooter/motorbike is already booked by another customer.

5. I pledge not to hand over the motorcycle to any third party or sublet it, and I will ensure its proper care and maintenance.

6. Using the motorcycle outside the boundaries of Koh Samui is strictly prohibited. If this condition is violated, this contract will be considered void, and I agree to pay a penalty of 300 USD. Please note that all our motorcycles are equipped with GPS trackers. If you receive a notification on your mobile device indicating that someone is following you, please be aware that it is not a person — it is the tracker installed in the vehicle.

7. I am responsible for returning the motorbike with the same fuel level (Petrol 95) as provided. If the fuel level is lower, a fee of 150–300 THB will be charged, depending on the model of the bike.
